  I would give them no stars if I could. Scheduled an installment of a hitch through the call center 3 weeks in advance. Showed up at the time noted in the confirmation email 10 AM to be told they don't make appointment before noon. The women a dealt with was rude and never offered an apology for the confusion. All I got was "I can't schedule you until Wed." which was 5 days later. Take your business elsewhere!!!!!!

  Very disappointed. We had a trailer hitch put on and had to drive around and get our own screws, pry off the old ones ourselves, just awful customer service! I mean, if I wanted to do it myself, I wouldn't have paid you over $300 to do it! Never would recommend it to anyone and I won't return!
